What you will do

• Embed with enterprise engineering teams and drive lasting adoption of AI engineering tools.
• Architect and implement agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product.
• Lead live workshops, pair-programming sessions, and interactive enablement programs.
• Guide customers through installing, configuring, and optimizing Devin, DeepWiki, and MCP integrations.
• Measure productivity impact, develop ROI cases, and support account expansion.
• Turn customer learnings into repeatable playbooks, best practices, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, technical consultant, deployment strategist, forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language.
• Experience communicating complex technical topics to diverse audiences and driving measurable technical adoption.
• Strong commercial judgment, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience leading developer enablement, platform adoption, or internal AI modernization initiatives with measurable before-and-after results.
• Experience deploying or integrating LLM- or agent-based systems in production.
• Experience founding or joining an early-stage startup where autonomy and execution speed were critical.
