What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Operators, managing rosters and timesheets to ensure full resourcing.
• Oversee shift operations, troubleshooting equipment and eliminating bottlenecks to achieve KPIs such as OEE, yield, and scrap.
• Manage the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, focusing on inventory accuracy and shipping/receiving.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards through 5S implementation, CCP/QCP checks, and root cause analysis.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring strict compliance with PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to empower operators as problem-solvers.

Requirements

• Experience leading a production or fulfillment team, preferably within food manufacturing or a regulated environment.
• Ability to manage shifts under KPI pressure with minimal direct oversight.
• Strong leadership approach focused on floor-level management and capability building.
• Organizational skills to manage rosters, records, and CMMS/SHEQMS data entry.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, specifically HACCP and GMP.
