What you will do

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and deployment of Mandatory Replacement Kits (MRKs) across the assigned market area.
• Monitor deployment progress and identify capacity constraints to ensure adequate field force coverage.
• Drive operational forecasting and align field resources with material availability and customer commitments.
• Utilize planning KPIs and visual management tools to improve deployment efficiency and visibility.
• Coordinate with the NGSO OFSP team to ensure accurate updates of Installed Base equipment master data.
• Act as a key liaison between planning and operations to resolve scheduling conflicts and risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience within Technical Service or relevant planning/customer service positions.
• University Bachelor's degree in technical or business disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP R3 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and understanding of service business needs.
• English: Fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
