What you will do

• Identify automation opportunities and convert them into viable technical solutions for customers.
• Act as the primary technical expert for integrating solutions into robots, PLC environments, and production lines.
• Support partners and system integrators with feasibility checks and early-stage deployments.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to help shape the future automation portfolio.
• Develop application use cases to drive product development and market adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Robotics.
• 3–7 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or system integration.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, and I/O.
• Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical documentation (2D/3D drawings, wiring diagrams, P&ID).
• Knowledge of machine safety standards, specifically ISO/TS 150 for collaborative robotics.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Willingness to travel extensively (~60%) within the CCEE region.

• Background in applications engineering, commissioning, or robotics programming.
• Experience with ROI calculations and value-based selling in industrial environments.
• Proficiency in additional Eastern European languages.
