Location: Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic – open to relocation. Home office 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Design and develop electrical/electronic systems and components for automotive battery applications
• Define system architecture and ensure compliance with E/E standards and safety requirements
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and testing teams to integrate E/E systems into vehicle platforms
• Support validation, testing activities, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Prepare technical documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Knowledge of E/E architecture, wiring harness, and ECU integration
• Good command of English and Czech (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive E/E development (hardware and/or software)
• German language skills
