What you will do

• Support the standardization of new packaging equipment and continuously improve existing systems.
• Provide technical support to project teams during the development, design, and construction of specialized machinery.
• Design and test equipment and packaging setups in line with safety standards and engineering guidelines.
• Evaluate equipment performance across safe operation, quality, stability, output, and cost.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers, project teams, and external suppliers on manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

• Student pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field such as Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, or Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software, specifically NX and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical skills for calculations and process simulations.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, international engineering environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project management, ISO, EHS, ergonomic standards, and basic project budgeting.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Prince2 continuous improvement methods.
• Experience in multicultural environments or with advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Advanced or fluent English at C1/C2 level for international collaboration.
