What you will do
- Support the standardization of new packaging equipment and continuously improve existing systems.
- Provide technical support to project teams during the development, design, and construction of specialized machinery.
- Design and test equipment and packaging setups in line with safety standards and engineering guidelines.
- Evaluate equipment performance across safe operation, quality, stability, output, and cost.
- Collaborate with R&D engineers, project teams, and external suppliers on manufacturing solutions.
Requirements
- Student pursuing or holding a bachelorβs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field such as Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, or Electronics.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software, specifically NX and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills for calculations and process simulations.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, international engineering environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of project management, ISO, EHS, ergonomic standards, and basic project budgeting.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Prince2 continuous improvement methods.
- Experience in multicultural environments or with advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Advanced or fluent English at C1/C2 level for international collaboration.
