What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing remote and on-site support.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations across EMEA, specifically Eastern EU countries.
• Support installations, operations, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
• Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and collaboration.
• Support audits, client visits, and technical discussions as a subject matter expert.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical role within pharmaceutical, biotech, or nutraceutical regulated environments.
• Specific expertise in capsule filling machine technologies.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Solid understanding of GMP and quality standards.
• Background in Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Eastern European languages (e.g., Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Balkan languages).
