TL;DR
Product Owner (Treasury Applications): Leading the development and lifecycle of the Treasury application portfolio with an accent on digital transformation of treasury processes. Focus on managing TMS (Trax, Quantum, Multibank), ensuring system integrity, and coordinating cross-regional virtual teams to accelerate productivity.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in Brno, Dublin, Shanghai, or Stockholm

What you will do
- Define the product portfolio positioning, including vision, architecture, and technology roadmaps for Treasury applications.
- Design, develop, and deliver Treasury products (Trax, Quantum, Multibank) in alignment with business needs.
- Prioritize development requests, manage resources, and oversee the go-to-production process for POCs and MVPs.
- Implement and monitor product support processes and manage the quality of delivery from external service providers.
- Supervise change and release management, driving product adoption and enhancing customer experience globally.
- Ensure system compliance, manage access rights, and maintain audit readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IS/IT applications support and management within the Treasury or Finance domain.
- Proven experience with Treasury processes in large, complex, multi-location organizations.
- In-depth expertise in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), specifically Trax, Quantum, and Multibank.
- Knowledge of SWIFT infrastructure and system administration.
- Strong capabilities in project management and business analysis.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices (certification is a plus).
