What you will do

• Act as a commercial leader to identify, develop, and close new product business opportunities in the UK, US, and Western European markets.
• Oversee end-to-end product development, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams comprising Product Management, Product Design, Business Analysis, and User Research (100+ people).
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders to establish credibility and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to define global product strategy, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Contribute to the company knowledge base by establishing best practices, templates, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or the Czech Republic.
• Proven experience as a Product Director, Head of Product, or similar leadership role for client programs.
• Strong consultancy background, ideally with 5+ years in a reputable consulting firm.
• Expertise in product discovery and delivery with measurable market outcomes.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of business growth.

• Experience in portfolio management.
