What you will do

• Establish and support the product vision for Energy segments based on deep market understanding.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and business models for DER, GCC, and EVSE services.
• Lead the product management lifecycle, including defining requirements, specifications, and prioritization.
• Create and manage a global product roadmap, monitoring outcomes against key metrics.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional matrix structure to enable efficient product development.
• Evangelize the product vision and strategy to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor's) in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven technical or business experience in the Energy Sector (DER, GCC, EVSE).
• Demonstrated competency in product management and complex project coordination.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, specifically with PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in a related discipline.
• Formal training or certification in Product Management.
• Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
• Deep operational commercial experience and marketplace understanding in the energy segment.
