Performance Creative (Mid/Senior): Developing and executing data-driven creative concepts for social media advertising campaigns with an accent on visual brand execution, scriptwriting, and performance analysis. Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day from home).

Salary: €2,400–€3,800 gross/month.

What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, and animators.
• Create scripts for video advertisements and manage video production processes.
• Analyze ad testing data and competitor performance to inform creative decisions.
• Conduct copywriting for headlines, call-to-actions, and sales-oriented posts.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and performance specialists.

Requirements

• Native-level English fluency with strong persuasive writing skills.
• Deep understanding of digital traffic and high-performing creative formats.
• Proven ability to track key metrics and optimize ad performance based on insights.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to present messages visually.
• Must be able to work from the office in Vilnius, Lithuania (4 days/week).
