What you will do

• Execute growth plans across landers and funnels, evaluating best-in-class full-funnel testing practices and tools.
• Own content and coordinate with UX and Development teams to create custom-coded landing pages.
• Manage performance marketing tracking, including pixels, server-side events, GTM, and UTM structures.
• Proactively scout, test, and own new funnel concepts and testing workflows.
• Drive the launch and optimization of funnels for new products and locales.
• Analyze funnel step metrics and coordinate qualitative and quantitative research for actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or performance marketing, ideally in DTC, subscription, or health & wellness.
• Proven track record of building and A/B testing landing pages with measurable conversion impact.
• Hands-on experience with no-code or AI page builders (Lovable, Unbounce, Webflow, Framer, or similar).
• Working knowledge of tracking fundamentals (pixels, server-side events, GTM).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, GA4, or spreadsheets.
• Solid grasp of direct response principles (hero sections, quiz flows, offer blocks).

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing or behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
