What you will do

• Partner with product-minded engineers to shape prototypes for MCP gateways, LLM proxies, and sandboxes.
• Own the transition from prototype to production, focusing on hardening, error handling, and observability.
• Establish security and review practices for agent-generated code to ensure it meets production standards.
• Collaborate with reference customers to integrate hirify.global for internal adoption and product embedding.
• Identify and resolve long-tail gaps, edge cases, and regressions to ensure product dependability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Go and integrating third-party APIs.
• Proven track record of taking software from prototype to production in startup environments.
• Heavy daily use of coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and LLMs in the engineering workflow.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fully remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of networking.

Nice to have

• Experience with production services, including observability and incident response.
• Knowledge of identity infrastructure, authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), and access control models.
• Experience building applications on top of LLMs and agentic systems.
• Familiarity with hirify.global and multi-cloud networking challenges.
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, or TypeScript.
