What you will do

• Manage FreshWorks support tickets and provide training on finance system processes and functionality.
• Support Workday and OneStream administration, configuration, and business process enhancements.
• Analyze and maintain end-to-end data flows between Finance, HR, Operations, and IT systems.
• Develop report specifications and resolve data flow, integration, and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions and automation.
• Support month-end close activities and maintain data quality through reconciliation and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or Information Technology.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the Clinical Research industry.
• Hands-on experience with Workday financials administration and configuration.
• Ability to create and analyze reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of integrated program management systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
