What you will do

• Define and maintain the technical roadmap for Workday capabilities, including Extend, Prism Analytics, and Reporting.
• Design and oversee Workday integration architecture using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Manage Prism Analytics data pipelines, including sourcing, preparation, and publishing within the tenant.
• Oversee the reporting framework, custom report development, and dashboard creation.
• Establish governance structures and technical standards for tenant migrations and security.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with third-party developers and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience with Workday Integrations, Prism Analytics, and Reporting.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Extend, WWS, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration design patterns.
• Proficiency in XSLT, Java, and XML.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX for onsite work.
• Experience in commercial real estate or professional services industry preferred.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification in Integrations, Prism, or Reporting.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
