Analyst, Corporate Development and Venture Capital (Healthcare)

Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Washington D.C., Louisville, KY, or New York, NY. Hybrid office work is expected 3–4 days per week, with occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings.

Salary: $103,600–$142,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Drive mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and investment processes from initiation through completion.
• Manage due diligence, transaction timelines, deal strategies, and relationships with external legal, banking, consulting, and accounting advisors.
• Develop financial models and support projections for businesses being acquired or divested.
• Analyze potential transactions and translate corporate strategy into business cases and growth opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership, business development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on corporate development projects.
• Help establish the corporate development strategy and refine team operating systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in finance, transaction accounting, venture capital or private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
• Experience with M&A and due diligence processes.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Washington D.C., Louisville, KY, or New York, NY, and work from the office 3–4 days per week.
