What you will do

• Lead the Americas technical team as a senior SME across Sales, Delivery, and Expansion phases of the customer lifecycle.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed scalable technical designs and architecture diagrams.
• Configure, customize, and deploy hirify.global products, encompassing workflows, automation, and REST API-based integrations.
• Identify opportunities for customers to leverage AI, automation, and agentic capabilities to achieve business outcomes.
• Act as the primary technical escalation contact for the Americas region, coordinating with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical implementation challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in ITSM, ESM, ITOM, or ITAM.
• 7+ years of Professional Services experience in the software industry specifically with SaaS platforms.
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise landscapes across domains including ERP, Accounting Systems, HRMS, and IDAM.
• Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams, process maps, and clear design documentation.
• Strong understanding of the Cloud Stack and REST API-based integrations.
• Must be based in Boston, MA, United States.

Nice to have

• Background in JavaScript and NodeJS.
• ITIL Certification.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Experience guiding customers in organization change management (OCM).
