Salary: $130,000–$196,000 annually

What you will do

• Support internal communications programs through drafting, editing, and executive response planning.
• Manage measurement and reporting across social, owned channels, and media using advanced tools and workflows.
• Explore, evaluate, and deploy AI tools and emerging technologies to improve team productivity and execution.
• Oversee operational planning, budgeting, reporting, and executive updates.
• Identify operational gaps and optimize workflows as the Communications organization evolves.
• Provide day-to-day operational and calendar support for the VP of Communications.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, program management, executive support, or communications.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, solve operational problems, and build scalable ways of working.
• Experience working with business, media, social, measurement, or operational reporting workflows.
