Salary: $90,000–$153,300 annual base salary, plus bonus potential of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Lead strategic communications for Human Resources and enterprise people, culture, leadership, and workforce initiatives.
• Develop integrated communication strategies supporting organizational transformation, employee experience, talent development, recognition, and culture programs.
• Advise HR and business leaders on messaging, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change readiness.
• Create executive communications, presentations, talking points, town hall materials, leader toolkits, FAQs, and employee-facing content.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, intranet, video, events, and digital communication platforms.
• Measure employee engagement, communication effectiveness, and sentiment using analytics and feedback to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in employee, HR, change, corporate communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience partnering with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence on people, culture, talent, leadership, employee experience, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, writing, editing, storytelling, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change, leadership communications, employee engagement, and communication measurement.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide organizational change, workforce transformation, technology implementations, or culture initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
• Experience with leadership development, succession planning, talent management, learning and development, or employee engagement.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical environment.
• Experience supporting a global or multi-site organization.
