What you will do
- Lead onboarding and education for new enterprise customers to ensure fast and effective platform adoption.
- Design and deliver hands-on workshops to build deep product fluency among engineering teams.
- Conduct time-boxed advisory sprints to solve complex architecture and evaluation challenges for customers.
- Develop internal agents and tools to automate enablement processes and scale team efficiency.
- Create scalable enablement assets, including tutorials and best-practice implementation guides.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to reduce onboarding friction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building LLM/agent applications, including design of agent architectures and evaluation strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to debug code live in front of customers.
- 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
- Experience designing and delivering live technical workshops.
- Must be based in Amsterdam for on-site work.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying AI agents in production using LangChain or LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience with LangSmith for evals, tracing, and observability.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript in addition to Python.
