What you will do

• Build and deploy AI agents that handle real-world workflows in financial services domains.
• Experiment with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-use, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Design pipelines that ensure explainability, traceability, and auditability for AI decisions.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and GTM teams for rapid iteration.
• Optimize models and systems for production: latency, accuracy, scalability, and security.
• Explore new architectures, open-source tools, and research to stay at the frontier.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience building AI/ML systems.
• Strong background in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLMs and agentic architectures.
• Solid understanding of data engineering.
• Proactive, scrappy, and able to ship fast without compromising quality.
• Excited by solving hard problems where there’s no clear playbook.
