What you will do

• Turn ambitious AI ideas into production systems, delivering measurable business value.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and business users to understand problems and build scalable AI solutions.
• Take a leading role in technical decisions and coach junior engineers (for Senior roles).
• Develop cutting-edge AI applications, including GenAI and agentic AI systems.
• Deploy ML models at scale and build platforms for efficient AI team work.
• Engage with clients on-site to solve challenging problems.

Requirements

• Living in North Brabant, Limburg, or Gelderland, Netherlands.
• Interest in the overlap between AI and software or data engineering.
• Proficiency with modern tech like CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud platforms, and GenAI/LLM integration.
• Strong coding, scripting, or templating skills.
• Ability to explain your work and share knowledge with peers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to learn quickly.
