What you will do

• Oversee implementations of Endpoint DLP, ITM, CASB, and DSPM solutions for top accounts.
• Scope engagements by assessing client operations, gathering requirements, and recommending optimized solutions.
• Design strategic programs to help clients identify, protect, monitor, and manage sensitive data.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve escalations.
• Partner with sales to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
• Present risk assessments and proposed solutions to executive stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in IT consulting or a customer-facing role.
• Deep familiarity with data security domains including ITM, Endpoint, Cloud, and DSPM.
• Must be based in the United States (Arizona).
• Strong executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for technical and non-technical communication.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Active Directory and GPO management.
• Experience with identity security tools and identity-centric indicators of compromise.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions.
