What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to align with corporate objectives and drive global growth.
• Full P&L ownership for original equipment and aftermarket services, managing budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead operations across Walpole, MA and Pascagoula, MS sites, overseeing a team of 250 employees.
• Maintain relationships with senior management, customers, and suppliers to ensure delivery and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles to optimize plant performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and federal regulatory standards.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required (NOFORN access); dual citizenship is not permitted.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management (MBA preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP, GM, or Director).
• Proven track record in P&L management, financial forecasting, and budget control.
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and supply chain management.
