What you will do

• Act as an extension of the VP of Public Sector Engineering & Security in executive meetings, client development, presentations, problem-solving, and special projects.
• Lead strategic planning by defining priorities, aligning senior engineering, sales, operations, and public sector leadership, and driving KPI-focused initiatives.
• Own operational rhythms, including leadership meetings, all-hands meetings, and offsite events.
• Prepare executive deliverables and reporting on business progress, risks, and blockers.
• Coordinate with finance, communications, marketing, legal, and other central functions.

Requirements

• Outcome-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-intensity environment.
• Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills, including the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.
• Experience leading small teams and managing multiple complex workstreams.
• At least 4 years of experience in a strategic, analytical, and operational role.
• Deep interest in AI and machine learning, particularly applications advancing national security.

Nice to have

• Top Secret U.S. security clearance.
• At least 2 years of experience in top-tier consulting, venture capital, or technology.
• MBA, JD, or technical degree from a leading program.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
