What you will do

• Build and scale a lending growth marketing operation from scratch, covering planning, content, and execution.
• Identify and prioritize high-value customer segments using behavioral and value data.
• Lead targeted multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn ads, and direct mail.
• Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, creative assets, and channel mix.
• Develop performance dashboards to track acquisition efficiency and loan drawdowns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Data teams to align priorities and execute strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering measurable acquisition growth, ideally in lending or a related fintech environment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate customer insights into targeted campaign plans.
• Experience delivering ABM or highly targeted multi-channel campaigns at scale.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
