What you will do

• Act as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle, leading discovery sessions and solution design workshops.
• Design integrated solutions across DC, DB, and HW platforms to fit clients' HR, payroll, and benefits ecosystems.
• Conduct gap analyses and business process design to articulate solution value for employers with 500–10,000+ employees.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with HR, Finance, and IT leadership at prospect and client organizations.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, system implementation, or business analysis within HRO or financial services.
• 5+ years in HR or benefits service delivery (DC retirement, DB pension, or HW benefits).
• Working knowledge of the Canadian market regarding retirement plan design and actuarial processes.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level business value.
• English proficiency is required for regular interaction with internal and external parties.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Industry designations such as CEBS or CFP.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar benefits administration platforms.
