Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)

What you will do

• Manage project pipeline and maintain accurate financial data for marketing services.
• Ensure compliance of marketing initiatives with brand standards and internal key controls.
• Coordinate project schedules, monitor risks, and manage dependencies to meet timelines.
• Lead support for LAC marketing teams through sell-in tools, platforms, and training.
• Collaborate with Finance and Controllership to provide operational guidelines.
• Support the execution of the Marketing Services Model, including RFP processes and new client contracts.

Requirements

• Position exclusively for professionals with disabilities (PCD).
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (Masters, MBA).
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Strong expertise in PMO, corporate finance, and budget planning.
• Strong ability to present with impact in English and Portuguese.
• Digital fluency, including proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
