What you will do

• Build, QA, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and X.
• Monitor pacing and performance daily, audit results, and implement campaign optimizations.
• Develop strategic campaign plans for social RFPs and create client-facing points of view on the evolving social landscape.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Digital Media Buyers, and Planners to connect campaign results with success metrics.
• Troubleshoot creative, URL, pixel, tagging, ad platform, and campaign configuration issues.
• Support client communication, internal education, best-practice documentation, and the development of Social Media Buying Associates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and executing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract and analyze reports from advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with first-party and third-party data, tagging, and pixel placement.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
