Salary: $112,710 - $169,060

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value for the duration of the project.
• Lead Daily Scrums and maximize the value produced by the Development Team.
• Act as the key decision-maker for product features and define the overall product vision.
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers to decompose epics and features into granular user stories.
• Negotiate business requirements and release dates with stakeholders and development teams.
• Manage defect prioritization and interface directly with customers to represent their needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct Scrum Master or Product Ownership experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Strong product ownership experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) is REQUIRED.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Knowledge of Confluence.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
