Salary: $110,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Lead content planning, writing, and editing for proposal volumes, including technical approaches and staffing
• Collaborate with BD, capture, and operations teams to ensure compliant and compelling responses
• Interview subject matter experts to translate technical information into persuasive narratives and graphics
• Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization
• Apply AI ethically to iterate on drafts and validate sources

Requirements

• Proven experience leading proposal volumes for US federal government clients
• Exceptional writing skills for complex technical value propositions
• Familiarity with US federal agencies (VA, CMS, SEC, DoW preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the FAR and the federal contracting lifecycle
• Fluency in agile, human-centered design, DevSecOps, and cloud infrastructure
• Authorization to work in the United States
