Salary: $172,000 - $229,000 base + annual bonus + equity

What you will do

• Architect and build an AI-native integration and data platform from the ground up to support expert agents.
• Lead technical decisions regarding performance, maintainability, and scalability across the stack.
• Design and optimize APIs and service patterns for product experiences and third-party integrations.
• Improve database design and query performance for efficient storage and retrieval at scale.
• Drive operational excellence via logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, architecture discussions, and pair programming.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading large technical initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Production experience with Temporal.
• Strong proficiency in SQL schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with event-driven systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Must be based in the US or Canada (specific US states excluded).

Nice to have

• Experience with large enterprise platforms, including ERP and CRM systems.
• Background in financial and accounting systems or platformization initiatives.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
