Workplace & Employee Events Associate (Events Management)

Location: Onsite in San Ramon, CA

What you will do

• Plan and execute internal events such as holiday parties, team-building activities, and monthly happy hours.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and track corporate event expenses.
• Coordinate on-site logistics including AV/tech needs, catering, decor, and breakdown.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional office environment, including supply inventory and room setup.
• Provide high-level customer service to employees, vendors, and guests, including onboarding support.
• Monitor and respond to workplace communication platforms and maintain organized vendor records.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event planning/coordination and/or facilities or workplace experience.
• Must be based in San Ramon, CA for mandatory daily on-site presence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
