What you will do

• Build expertise in structured products and derivatives and help clients use the Luma platform effectively.
• Develop long-term relationships with customer executives, product owners, and implementation teams.
• Support client account setup, marketing materials, sales initiatives, and account growth strategies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate client feedback and inform the product roadmap.
• Perform operational support, troubleshoot requests, validate data, and maintain quality across client-facing workflows.
• Manage reporting, project tickets, product rollouts, and sales operations tracking, including P&L reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets and identifying discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting demos or stakeholder updates.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach to working with clients, developers, and internal teams.
