Salary: $90,000 - $96,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze incoming and outgoing interface files and messages to perform systems assurance and quality control.
• Gather and analyze interface statistics and communicate results and issues to stakeholders.
• Investigate file rejects and loading failures to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform system testing, file transfers, and data mining to troubleshoot interface errors.
• Provide direct customer support to government agency users regarding interface processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working with system interfaces, ideally with federal agencies.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to document and present findings.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions for user problems.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to Top Secret (TS) as required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Charleston, SC.
