Location: Permanent remote work from any location; US Pacific Time working hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end production of creative campaigns across digital, social media, and marketing channels.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, resources, and delivery from kickoff through final approval.
- Coach and mentor designers, video editors, copywriters, and other creative specialists.
- Review creative assets for quality, brand consistency, accessibility, and platform requirements.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business goals into effective creative solutions.
- Improve workflows, SOPs, reporting, quality assurance, and creative operations to support scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading creative production, creative operations, or project management in an agency or high-volume marketing environment.
- Experience managing designers, video editors, copywriters, or multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Strong project management skills with Basecamp, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience implementing quality assurance processes and reducing production errors.
- Excellent written and spoken English; availability for 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting eCommerce or retail marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon DSP, or similar advertising platforms.
- Experience building SOPs, templates, and scalable creative processes.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, branding, and digital platform specifications.
