What you will do

• Lead hands-on training for nurses, porters, technicians, and other hospital staff on the safe and effective use of patient-transfer equipment.
• Provide on-site, at-the-elbow support during product launches, shift changes, and peak operating periods.
• Translate technical product features into practical clinical benefits and workflows.
• Observe usage, identify adoption barriers, and support staff in adopting new processes.
• Collect and communicate site feedback, product issues, and implementation outcomes to headquarters.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in Med/Surg, ICU, or ER.
• Background as an RN, RPN/LPN, nursing aide, porter, OT, PT, PSW, or another healthcare clinician.
• Ability to lead group demonstrations, teach peers, and provide one-on-one support.
• Comfort with learning new hardware and software and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Approachable, empathetic, persuasive, resourceful, and organized communication style.
• Valid G or G2 driver's licence and eligibility for cross-border travel to the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator.
• Previous experience in clinical education, implementation, or healthcare client support.
