Salary: $70,720 - $88,400/annually + 4% STIP

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage educational program administration, including Healthmark Academy and CE program submissions.
• Develop and review clinical and technical product documentation and educational materials.
• Monitor and respond to clinical education inquiries from sales and internal teams.
• Maintain departmental KPIs and audit educational content for compliance.
• Provide clinical education through video or live presentations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be local to Fraser, Michigan and able to work onsite at least three days a week.
• Five years of experience in Sterile Processing or Operating Room environments.
• Certification as a sterile processing technician (HSPA or CBSPD).
• Strong understanding of sterile processing workflows and infection prevention principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Monday.com.
• Ability to comply with U.S. and worldwide medical device regulations.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, surgical technology, or education.
• Experience as an SPD Educator.
• Additional sterile processing certifications such as CHL, CIS, or CER.
