What you will do

• Lead the technical ownership and strategy of the Customer Master domain within the enterprise MDM organization.
• Drive the modernization and cloud migration of the Customer Master platform, including the development of the domain ontology and knowledge graph.
• Define and govern data models, match/merge configurations, and survivorship rules.
• Oversee daily data operations for HCP/HCO data to ensure a reliable single source of truth for downstream systems like Veeva and Salesforce.
• Enhance MDM capabilities using AI/LLM for semantic matching, anomaly detection, and data enrichment.
• Collaborate with DTE stakeholders and manage relationships with SI vendors and software partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA
• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• 3+ years of experience leading MDM programs or projects.
• Deep expertise in Customer MDM (HCP/HCO) within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Hands-on experience with modern MDM platforms such as Reltio or Informatica IDMC MDM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM) applications in MDM use cases.
• Experience in other highly regulated industries.
