What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated global marketing plans across web, email, social, and partner channels.
• Create founder-focused messaging, campaign assets, and participant stories.
• Coordinate campaign activation with global stakeholders, investors, and startup communities.
• Manage cross-regional workstreams, including budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee CRM routing, attribution, and performance reporting dashboards.
• Monitor campaign outcomes to optimize awareness and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of integrated marketing and global initiative management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with marketing operations, KPIs, and CRM lead flows.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate across global stakeholders.
