Product Manager - Rental Pod (IoT): Building a product experience for rental depot teams to manage equipment moving in and out with an accent on customer discovery, clear workflows, and AI-powered product features. Focus on owning the roadmap, translating operational data into actionable decisions, coordinating end-to-end delivery, and aligning Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Location: Must be based in Europe; hybrid work connected to one of 's European offices, with a flexible remote setup. Relocation assistance is not offered.

What you will do
- Own the product direction, roadmap, and priorities for the Rental Pod area serving rental depot operations.
- Conduct user discovery with depot teams and translate operational needs into clear product direction.
- Drive end-to-end product execution from backlog refinement and sprint delivery through release.
- Work with Engineering and Design to build reliable workflows and turn machine and operational data into actionable decisions.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Align cross-functional teams on scope, trade-offs, timelines, dependencies, and product practices.
Requirements
- Experience in product management and taking products from zero to one in ambiguous environments.
- Strong user discovery, analytical, structuring, communication, and commercial skills.
- Experience across the full product lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint execution, and go-to-market coordination.
- Experience shipping or closely partnering on AI-powered product features and evaluating their practical value.
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously across time zones and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Based in Europe and able to work in a hybrid setup connected to a European office.
