Salary: $52,500 – $65,000 + Uncapped Commission

What you will do

• Build and scale a high-performing recruitment desk within the Life Sciences vertical.
• Drive new business generation through strategic outreach and relationship building with biotech and pharma companies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial business development to final placement.
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to provide talent acquisition strategies and market intelligence.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Mentor junior consultants and share subject matter expertise to support team growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a top-performing recruiter with consistent billing success.
• Experience within Life Sciences recruitment (strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
• Strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to operate with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boston, MA.
