What you will do

• Lead supplier quality and performance for EV-specific vehicle accessories, focusing on exterior and interior systems.
• Perform domestic and international supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Administer the APQP process and hold suppliers accountable to the Quality Requirements Manual.
• Develop and implement supplier partner KPIs and scorecards to drive performance improvements.
• Evaluate suppliers for production awards and manage all aspects of quality performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the company’s core values and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Materials Science, or Supply Chain Management.
• 10+ years of direct Supplier Quality Engineering experience, or 5+ years within an automotive accessories startup.
• Expert knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T standards for accessory fitment.
• Experience using ERP and eQMS systems for part traceability and performance tracking.
• Must have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with low-voltage systems and smart tech features.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as 8Ds, 6Sigma, or Shanin.
