What you will do

• Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO 9001.
• Lead internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
• Oversee quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory operations.
• Monitor quality KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate nonconforming materials, customer complaints, and process deviations.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, quality management, or process operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or projects.
• Experience with ISO 9001, quality auditing, SPC, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Houston, Texas, USA.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience leading quality initiatives in regulated manufacturing environments.
