Salary: $204,000 – $420,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead a team of SMEs focused on payment threat intelligence, scams, and cybercrime.
• Translate raw data into strategic insights to influence business decisions and product development.
• Modernize the technology stack using AI, GenAI, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to scale fraud intelligence solutions.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and negotiate scalable technology solutions.
• Represent hirify.global as a thought leader at conferences and in executive discussions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent advanced degree experience).
• 12+ years in payment card/info security or cyber intelligence.
• 8+ years of senior-level leadership managing intelligence or fraud teams.
• Deep expertise in payment fraud typologies, scams, and cybercrime trends.
• Proven track record of applying AI/GenAI and automation to intelligence workflows.
• Strong understanding of networks, digital forensics, and security operations.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CHFI, CEH, GIAC, or Security+.
