Salary: $161,500 – $209,000

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of security engineers through technical sprint planning and coaching.
• Drive the enterprise-wide transition to Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) across IT, corporate platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee 24/7 Security Operations (SecOps), managing external MDR/SOC vendor relationships and incident response pipelines.
• Design and deploy blast radius reduction solutions, including micro-segmentation boundaries and ephemeral workload identity protocols.
• Develop operational artifacts such as Data Topology Maps, Cyber Asset Attack Surface (CAA) Matrix, and Containment Playbooks.
• Operationalize Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) using the Zero Trust Maturity Model (ZTMM).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure Security, or SecOps.
• 3+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing security teams.
• Deep technical expertise in GCP cloud security architecture and securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience overseeing incident response programs and managing external MDR/SOC partners.
• Proven ability to design AI-enabled workflows and automation to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Must be based in the USA (excluding restricted states: AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI).
