What you will do
- Serve as the primary security liaison for regulatory agencies and internal steering committees.
- Develop and lead enterprise-wide security roadmaps aligned with business risk priorities.
- Establish governance policies for AI/ML models, focusing on adversarial risk and algorithmic bias.
- Conduct consequence-based risk assessments on mission-critical operational technology (OT).
- Act as the final authority on security architecture and compliance across multi-platform environments.
- Influence leadership to adopt secure-by-design behaviors to ensure long-term business resilience.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, critical infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
- Industry-recognized certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA).
- Expert-level understanding of information security management and global regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex security metrics into actionable business intelligence.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Experience navigating complexities in highly regulated corporate environments.
