What you will do

• Oversee challenging and business-critical customer accounts
• Provide quotation support and manage pricing decisions for special accounts
• Liaise between customers and internal departments including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing
• Manage contract reviews, specifications, and customer approvals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a minimum of 90% on-time product supply
• Resolve customer complaints and enter orders with high accuracy and speed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (or 4 years equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in order management with complex customer situations
• Strong customer service, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts
• Must be based in or be able to work in Shrewsbury, MA
• Availability to provide emergency coverage outside normal office hours
