What you will do

• Manage medium- to high-complexity industrial automation projects from quotation through delivery, billing, and closeout.
• Coordinate customers, sales teams, vendors, and suppliers on pricing, orders, claims, returns, and account management.
• Maintain clear project communication and build trusted customer relationships through proactive execution.
• Review purchase orders, freight requirements, Incoterms, and terms and conditions to assess project risk.
• Control delivery schedules, scope, scope creep, budgets, and overall project financial performance.
• Organize project documentation, including O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, and certificates of compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to obtain, current enrollment in, or possession of an active PMP certification.
• Strong customer and peer communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a demanding, time-sensitive environment and drive results.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
