What you will do

• Own end-to-end product execution for specific AI capabilities, managing roadmaps, PRFAQs, and PRDs.
• Validate product concepts with named enterprise customers using a working-backwards approach.
• Partner with engineering to define scope, hold quality bars, and execute technically credible tradeoffs.
• Coordinate across Core Database, Capella, Analytics, and AI Specialist teams for platform integration.
• Enable Sales and GTM teams with positioning, demos, and customer proof points.
• Champion AI-driven PM practices and AI-DLC in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years in technical platforms (DB, AI infra, developer tools).
• Technical fluency in vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, and model serving.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven record of taking products from PRFAQ to launch and measurable adoption.
• Experience building with frontier AI models and developer ecosystems (Claude stack preferred).
• Strong written communication skills for creating alignment through documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience at database or AI infrastructure companies (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake, Pinecone).
• Direct experience shipping vector search or RAG pipelines.
• Public presence through blog posts, conference talks, or OSS contributions.
• Prior experience mentoring early-career PMs.
